1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation by Customer

• Before Order Processing:

• After Processing:
  Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance if there is an issue with your delivery.

b. Cancellation by Fruit Villages

• We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock.

  • There is an issue with payment processing.

  • Any discrepancies or fraudulent activities are detected.

• In the event of a cancellation by Fruit Villages, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

a. Eligibility for Refunds

• Damaged or Spoiled Products:
  If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photographs and your order details. Upon verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund as applicable.

• Cancellation Requests:
  If an order is cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued. If an order is cancelled after processing, the refund will be subject to our assessment and the status of the order.

b. Refund Process

• Processing Time:
  Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

• Communication:
  You will receive a notification via email once the refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support.

c. Non-Refundable Items

• Perishable Products:
  Due to the perishable nature of products such as mangoes, returns are not accepted, and refunds will only be considered for orders where the product is damaged or spoiled as verified by our team.
